Todd obtained his real estate license in Colorado in 1984 and since then has been involved in the sale of resort property, land, single-family homes, commercial property, condominiums and town homes. In keeping with industry trends the use of buyer or seller agency is emphasized to better represent customer’s interests.
During his career Todd has served in various volunteer capacities including Boy Scout leader, chairman of a zoning board, municipal budget committee member, president of a homeowners association, and member of a board of directors for a museum.Todd currently works with Partners a non-profit offering mentoring for youth, is a Director and Chairman of the Design Review Committee for the Harvest Park community, and is an Instructor for Neighbor to Neighbor.
